CapSpecialty® is seekinga Financial Operations Specialist who will be responsible for administering the Company Travel & Expense process by working with employees and managers to operate more effectively and by assisting with travel, expense, and payment-related procedural issues. This individual will contribute to on-boarding and training employees across the Company on various processes and systems related to the Financial Operations area. Also responsible for processing accounts payable, ACH payments, and other financial transactions efficiently and accurately. 


Education & Experience:

  • Associate degree in Accounting or equivalent work experience.
  • 1-3 years' general accounting systems or accounts payable experience preferred..
  • Knowledge of financial systems helpful.

Essential skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Intermediate experience using Microsoft Office Products including Excel preferred
  • Ability to prioritize and respond rapidly to changing work conditions and expectations.
  • Works collaboratively and professionally with employees at all levels of the Company.
  • The Senior position may provide training, guidance and knowledge support to the team.  May also include indirect supervisory responsibilities, coordinating the work of team to accomplish project tasks and goals.
