CapSpecialty® is seeking business-focused Claims Administrative Specialist to assist with their Claims teams.

While delivering service excellence, this position will be responsible for indexing incoming mail, handling incoming phone calls, and providing clerical claims support with high productivity and excellent customer service skills. The Claims Administrative Specialist will also assist the Claims Support Staff Supervisor on special projects as needed, keeping open communication and working as a team to accomplish mutual goals.

Education & Experience:

  • College degree or high school diploma with prior experience.
  • Prior customer service is preferred.
  • Claims support experience is preferred but not required.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to be a positive, team player, able to work within a dedicated, hardworking environment.
  • Self-directed and innovative with ability to work and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail and Service-orientated.
  • Highly productive and accurate.
  • Technically competent in all standard business software applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
